We are currently seeking a HRIS Analyst (HR Business System Administrator) for our client in the Healthcare domain. This is a Contract position and the client is looking for someone to start immediately.

Duration: 18+ Months Contract

Location: Richardson, TX

Compensation: $40- $45/Hourly

Role: HRIS Analyst (HR Business System Administrator)

Primary Skills: PeopleSoft Functional

Role Description: The Test HRIS Analyst (HR Business System Administrator) would need to have at least 5+ years of experience. In this role, you will be responsible for providing daily administrator support and improvement efforts for PeopleSoft HRMS and additional HR Strategic Business applications, including configuration and ad-hoc reporting; supporting implementation of system upgrades.

Responsibilities:

* Will be testing system enhancements, troubleshooting issues and documenting workflows.
* Will be monitoring data logs and managing releases; providing ongoing technical support to Service Center employees; ad-hoc performance of quality audits.
* Involved in creating test cases and testing interfaces to various vendors and various systems.

Required Job Qualifications:

* 5 years' experience with HRMS Systems
* Minimum of 1-year SaaS and/or Cloud Based experience
* Vendor Relationship experience
* Project Management

Skills and Experience:

* PeopleFluent TM (Recruiting, Performance, Talent, Compensation, Org Chart)
* AAP Support
* System Administration
* Vendor Management; Open Cases, Troubleshoot Issues, Manage Release Testing, etc.

Education: Associate/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent.

Experience: Minimum 5+ years
