Responsibilities ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:The HRIS Analyst is responsible for the maintenance, administration and support of HR Systems, including Human Capital Management (HCM) and ancillary systems. Reporting to the HRIS Director, the HRIS Analyst serves as a subject matter expert (SME) related to HR business processes, systems functionality, configuration and capabilities.Provide functional and technical support for HR systems by resolving HRIS issuesTroubleshoot and respond to queries from functional usersMaintains communication with the payroll department, appropriate HR staff, and department managers, in all areas as needed, to ensure employee basic data information is accurate and issues/errors are addressed in a timely mannerWork in partnership with HR, Benefits and Payroll team to review & audit employee data changes, new hire entries and other information sources to ensure data integrityEnsure data integrity within the HR management system and assist with data audits and cleanupAssist in creating and maintaining training documentation for current processes and future improvement and enhancements. Write end user documentation and quick guidesWorks to support upgrades, enhancements, testing and the roll out of new modulesIdentifies and documents new report requirementsDevelops reports/queries on ad-hoc or scheduled basisAssist with HR system projects and initiatives QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum 2 years hands on experience with configuration, processing, and reporting from HRIS systems, preferably Workday and iCIMSWorking knowledge in Microsoft applications including Excel and WordStrong understanding of Human Resource processes and proceduresExperience defining, implementing, documenting and training others on HR procedures and practicesBachelor's Degree preferred Essex offers a comprehensive benefits package that reflects how much we value our associates and their families:For regular full-time associates regularly scheduled to work at least thirty (30) hours per week:• Medical, Dental, Pre-tax flex plan, Basic life insurance, Supplemental life, Short- and long-term disability, Accidental death insurance plans.For part-time and full-time associates:• Employer-matching 401(k) plan that offers financial planning and independent brokerage services.• Wellness Program, 24-hour Employee Assistance, Service awards and Paid time-off.
