Rosewood Hotel Group is looking for a HRIS Analyst. The HRIS Analyst's main responsibility will be coordinating and implementing a new HRIS system.
Responsibilities
* Support and coordinate the planning, implementation and User Acceptance Test (UAT)/Maintenance of HRIS system to drive key HR projects and system enhancements within the group. * Assist the team to define guidelines and standardization on HRIS framework * Understand the HR process and take part in the development and preparation of documentation relating to the project. * Support project lead to coordinate with all key stakeholders, project team and business consultants in working towards project key milestones * Coordination between third-party vendors and internal stakeholders to achieve consistency. * Provide daily support to HR users in the regions relating to system queries and issues. * Ensure the deliverables are met according to the agreed timeline and standard. * Collaborate with Human Resources colleagues to recommend and implement process improvements, enhancements, solutions and procedural changes. * Assist with training to all HR and non-HR users in all regions. * Provide support for HRIS applications as well as a first level system support to end-users. * Support in any Adhoc duties needed by the project lead and the team.

Qualifications
* A degree holder in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent. * 2 years' experience in HRIS implementation & support on employees related applications is a must. * Ability to translate business requirements into clear workflows enabled by effective systems. * Strong attention to details and accuracy. * Able to work in an environment with a mixed team of technical and functional personnel. * Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills. * Demonstrated experience/maturity to handle confidential and sensitive information. * Possess a positive, service-oriented attitude with excellent follow through in issues. * A good team player with good communication skills
