HR Systems & Analytics Administrator

Irvine, CA / Full-time

Your responsibilities

Reporting to the Manager, Compensation and HR Systems, the HR Systems & Analytics Administrator is primarily responsible for the support and maintenance of BSH HR applications system (V5, Taleo, e-time, etc.) This role will be responsible for user documentation and training. Will participate in systems upgrades, testing and implementation ensuring HR systems are fully functional and meet the needs of the business. Will prepare, analyze, summarize results and distribute data sets/analytics as needed by HR Business Partners to ensure HR strategy is met. Collect data and report results to help company meet its objectives.

* Maintains and organizes human resources information within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS); back up for data entry/imports if needed.
* Research and recommend system enhancements
* Maintains the HRIS in support of the organizations data management and reporting needs.
* Ensures accuracy and integrity of organizational data within the HRIS.
* Creates standard and ad hoc queries or reports.
* Follows established procedures for updating, validating, and correcting employee records or other related HR data.
* Prepares and updates end-user documentation, training materials, and guidelines
* Train system users and employees on new processes and functionality.
* Create, maintain and ensure quality assurance of key human resources data sets, reports, dashboards, and metrics.
* Interpret HR data to identify trends, conduct root analysis of problem areas and report on areas for improvement. Use current data to make predictions about the future as it relates to employment issues.
* Performs all other duties assigned.

Your profile

* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent training and/or experience.
* 2 -3 years+ of Human Resources experience
* Experience with various HR software tools; tech savvy
* Knowledge of ADP and Taleo is a plus
* Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
* Ability to work independently, taking initiative to support team goals.
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to work with minimal supervision
* Advanced in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
