Job Description

Minimum Qualifications

Possession of a High School Diploma or General Education Development (G.E.D.) test certificate.

Possession of an associates degree or degree, from an accredited college or university, in Computer Programming, Information Technology or a closely related field AND/OR (5) years of full time, professional work experience with Information Technology.

Demonstrated work experience with Information Technology.

Ability to acquire complex information, quickly learn the process flow and apply this knowledge to create accurate data entry and data analysis.

Are you able to demonstrate an intermediate level of proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Outlook , Word and Access). Skill testing is required for this position

Required to be capable of working any shift assigned, including days, afternoons or midnights; must be capable of working Holidays and weekends;

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with EBS/Oracle Systems.

Microsoft Office Specialist Certification

Minimum of three (3) years of combined professional experience designing and writing queries and validating data using Microsoft Access.

Ability to take requirements and create documentation for reporting changes, new reports, new database structure requested, etc.

Data creation, management & implementation via Excel spreadsheets.

Pro-Active ability to identify and recommend improvements to processes

Develop and document new processes as necessary.

Demonstrated strengths in presentation of Human Resources data to various audiences, including colleagues and senior management

Experience with Windows 7.

Experience with Office 2010.

Experience with Visio 2010.

Experience with Project 2010.
