Your Opportunity

As a Human Resources Business Systems Analyst (BSA), you will be responsible for understanding and translating the needs of the business through the use of technology. You will ensure that deliverables are aligned with business needs and requirements, provide advice and consultation, and work cross-functionally with the development teams. You will understand the objectives and processes of the business as well as the capabilities of the technology products.

You will develop functional features, user stories and both high-level and detailed requirements to drive business and technology solutions.

What you're good at

* Manage the flow of work to the development team through refinement and maintenance of the product backlog (features and bugs).
* Develop and support test plans and user acceptance criteria for feature, user story and functional delivery.
* Support development on the activities needed to execute the business vision and goals for a defined release.
* Provide guidance to stakeholders to facilitate the vision, release planning, features, user stories and overall program.
* Gather requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements breakdown, business process descriptions, use cases, and task and workflow analysis
* Design and develop context diagrams, intersystem dependency diagrams, and sequence diagrams.
* Develop training materials and imparts training through a train-the-trainer approach.

What you have

* Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs through the use of technology.
* Ability to develop context, intersystem dependency and sequence diagrams.
* Ability to map out business processes effectively.
* Knowledge and experience with agile methodology.
* Experience with HR platforms preferred (e.g. Workday, ServiceNow, iCIMS).
* Strong interpersonal communication and time management skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with others.
* Excellent analytical skills and the ability to produce efficient solutions and protocols to meet the objectives through agile development.

* BA/BS preferred.
