Responsible for designing, building and maintaining Human Resource solutions that coordinate and cooperate across multiple platforms. Requires both broad and deep content knowledge in order to understand the strategic business requirements and overarching programs/business processes that may be impacted across the business enterprise. Maintains strong relationships with customers to understand business processes and identify value drivers, and uses this knowledge to develop strategic requirements with Subject Matter expert. Analyzes and determines the impact to all business platform modules to ensure that an integrated solution is maintained. Designs, and oversees and the development, testing and implementation processes. Ensures ongoing maintenance and alignment of the functional configuration between new and existing Human Resource products.
Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field with 2 years experience in software engineering, including knowledge of development principles, frameworks, and technologies :

* Windows Servers Administration, UML, Flowcharts * Robotic Process Automation knowledge (RPA) * HR systems background, SAAS and project management experience
