Description:The selected individual will be the F-35 Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS) Hybrid Product Support Integrator (HPSI) Continuity Lead reporting to the ALIS HPSI and Delivery Support Senior Manager. In this role, the candidate will lead the ALIS Sustainment team's technical interactions with the F-35 Operations Center and the Agile Cells to improve the overall F-35 Fleet Aircraft Availability and Mission Capability rates of the growing F-35 Fleet and customers.

The selected individual will function as the conduit between the Agile Cells, F-35 Operations Center, and the ALIS Action Request (AR) Sustaining Engineering Team. They will also serve internal and external customers within the F-35 Sustainment organizations including Sustaining Engineering, Data Quality Integration Management (DQIM), Supply Chain Management, Sustainment Performance Management Systems, Field Operations, Support Equipment, Training, and others as needed.

Key responsibilities include:

* Coordinate with the ALIS Architecture and Engineering teams to shape future requirements and design / implementation plans, interface with Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, and Hardware Engineering teams, and represent HPSI engineering interests at program review boards and events
* Facilitate resolution of technical issues for operational sites, ensure timely closure of Action Requests, guide activities associated with technical debt reduction and fielding of software and hardware updates
* Represent the Engineering team to the operational user community, support resolution of Engineering issues for F-35 operational sites in CONUS and OCONUS locations, lead Engineering teams through root cause analyses and in developing / implementing corrective action plans
* Lead technical activities associated with proposal development efforts, address Requests for Information (RFI), and select Product Service Providers (PSPs)
* Establish new Performance Based Logistics (PBL) contracts, baseline contract scope to remain within cost, schedule, and technical constraints and oversee technical and EVM performance of ALIS PSPs to ensure full compliance with contract requirements
* Lead ALIS HPSI Risk and Opportunity management activities
* Lead maturation of PBL contract metrics and evaluate team performance
* Identify and implement improvements to program policies, plans, and processes
* Develop and maintain SRR scorecards, HPSI dashboards, and other briefings / status reporting products

The selected candidate must exhibit proven communication, leadership, and day-to-day management skills in a high-tempo, rapidly changing, military program environment. The selected candidate will interact regularly with JSF Program Office (JPO), Lockheed Martin site directors/managers, and Warfighter/service leadership and must have a demonstrated ability to build and maintain constructive customer relationships. The selected individual with interface with functional leaders within the engineering organization to influence ALIS product maturation, facilitate resolution of complex problems, and maintain accurate staffing forecasts / timely assignment of qualified personnel.

The selected candidate will have a direct relationship with the customer and will frequently engage with various program stakeholders across the F-35 enterprise. The position requires regular travel to enterprise LM and F-35 facilities / customer sites. Candidate must be willing and able to travel to OCONUS and CONUS locations on short notice and for potentially extended periods to meet mission requirements. Due to the global support footprint of the team, this candidate will be required to flex his/her work schedule at times to support the mission.

The selected candidate must be a U.S, citizen.

Basic Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college
* Systems engineering experience on major Information Technology development program
* Ability to collaborate with and integrate multi-functional teams
* At least 10 years experience leading a large project and/or team in a diverse virtual team environment
* Working knowledge of fifth generation fighter jet sortie generation lifecycle maintenance, supply, and mission planning/debrief processes
* Experience managing customer relationships (Program Office / External Customers) with proven communication skills to all levels of the organization
* Strong Full Spectrum Leader (FSL) tendencies

Desired Skills:

* Previous experience with the F-35 ALIS
* System Integration expertise with the full software life cycle for flight, ground, database, and software development
* Managing classified/unclassified, large scale, complex enterprise-level IT systems
* Prior functional management experience
* Working knowledge of fifth generation fighter jet sortie generation lifecycle maintenance, supply, and mission planning/debrief processes
* Prior experience with international customers and contracts
* Experienced Risk and Opportunities Manager
* Experience establishing Performance Based Logistics (PBL) contract baseline governed by comprehensive Engineering metrics
