One or more years' experience working as a Helpdesk Technician/Analyst or Encompass System Support Analyst. Mortgage operations experience required. Superior customer service skills. High School diploma or equivalent. Must have 1-2 years' experience working in Encompass 360 Ability to troubleshoot issues that may be impacting productivity. Prior experience working with a ticketing system or helpdesk request queue. Ability to work independently, analyze data, take and recommend appropriate actions with minimal supervision. Superior analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to be flexible, patient, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple interruptions. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Must possess a sense of urgency for all issues.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in Microsoft Office Products. Individual should also be able to embrace loan operating systems working to support/improve/and grow loan operating systems to maximize their success at 1st Security Bank. Employee should also work with other programs in order to grow Home Lending.
