Work you'll do

As a Project Delivery Help Desk Technician in the Technology group you will:

* Support Implementation and Operations Management best practices
* Perform analysis and diagnosis of client issues
* Demonstrate a foundational understanding of the client environment and overall project scope
* Independently perform tasks with some guidance to execute a portion of the project scope
* Experience with providing Tier 1 Service Desk support
* Troubleshooting standard end-user issues related to desktops and laptops
* Hands-on experience with configuring Windows desktops and troubleshooting end-user issues
* Experience with develop Service Desk Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
* Provides technical support as required in data management, document control, computer support, project control, and other related areas
* Tier 1 service encompasses receiving phone calls, emails, chat, instant messaging, texts
* Document and triage the request
* Solve or escalating the request
* Tracking request status and providing routine progress updates to the customer
* Following up with the customer on the resolution of ticket for completeness/quality and satisfaction
* Familiarity with Remedy
* CompTIA Security + certification

Together we work to establish IT operating models based on the implications of next generation and advanced technologies, new and evolving service models for technology, and the operational expectations of an organization.

Our team of experienced technologists understand the interwoven nature technology plays in all aspects of today's business environment and focus on helping our clients shift from foundational delivery of technology to being the strategic business partner and catalyst for change. Our Agile/DevOps/Lean technology experts work to transform the workforce of our clients into the next generation of technology service delivery teams.

Qualifications

Required:

* Typically has 1 or more years of consulting and/or industry experience
* Ability to work independently under general guidance
* Experience working in teams and in a team environment that is process-oriented and deadline-driven
* Professional oral and written communication skills
* Relevant software or application skills to complete job successfully
* Problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
* Ability to obtain and maintain the required Secret clearance for this role
* Ability to travel locally to client sites
* Help desk/Service desk experience
* ITIL Service Strategy process

Preferred:

* Prior professional services or federal consulting experience
* Bachelor's Degree
