Job Description

Help Desk Technician

We are looking for an entry level IT Help Desk Technician who will be responsible for first level support of all IT systems supporting our users and partners.

Top Goals

What you will be tasked with 100% of the time

* Process end user support request tickets providing excellent service and meeting our published SLAs 80%
* Complete and timely documentation of tickets
* Identify, troubleshoot and resolve user system and application issues. Escalating tickets as necessary
* Ability to assist users with all functions of MS Office suite.
* Infrastructure first level of support ability to triage emergency support tickets, provide fixes or identify and notify appropriate escalation team.
* troubleshoot configuration, connectivity, basic routing issues.


* Documentation of issues and problem resolution 20%
* Updating the knowledge base with new resolutions



Job Requirements:

* Detail oriented with a sense of urgency and commitment to results.
* Desire to learn and a passion for technology
* Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks to best meet business needs.
* Strong work ethic and desire to assist end users
* On call rotation

Technical requirements:

* Understanding of computer networks
* Build, maintain and troubleshoot Windows desktop systems.
* Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy and user profiles.
* Ability to learn, troubleshoot and support a wide mix of custom user applications.
* Ability to assist users with all functions of MS Office suite.

Preferred:

* Knowledge or Mac computers
* Knowledge of Zoom Video Conferencing
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
