Tsymmetry is supporting The Student and Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS), a web-based system for maintaining information on international students and exchange visitors in the United States. Our missions helps the Department of Homeland Security identify individuals who are a threat to national security and who are violating immigration laws or their visa status. Our effort supporting the SEVIS program extends further to Department of State and the Department of Justice.
* Providing phone and in-person support to users by analyzing data * Serving as the initial point of contact for troubleshooting and determining the proper way to make needed correction(s) * Following established procedures * Conducting a follow up on all requests for information * Keeping full records of information collected * Addressing issues and emergency requests
* 3+ years' experience as a service desk analyst * Experience working with SLA (Service Level Agreement) targets * Strong communication skills, ability to share knowledge and collaborate across teams, and experience driving problems to completion * Experience providing improvement recommendations across systems and applications * Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues * Ability to troubleshoot utilizing multiple systems
