Our Family Express Help Desk Associate provides the first level of response and support for our stores' inquiries and support tickets. The position is responsible for answering, collaborating, troubleshooting and providing resolution to Tier I and Tier II information technology, facilities and other issues. Specific duties include the technical support of computers, device peripherals, networks, point of sale devices and telecommunications. Excellent interpersonal, communication and situational awareness skills as well as collaboration, teamwork and best practices are essential elements for success.
