Job Description:

The HEAT Engineer will be tasked with being the technical subject matter expert and platform owner for our HEAT implementation. He/She will lead in developing and architecting the platform alongside the business owners within our operating companies and will be responsible for programmatically building customizations to and integrations with HEAT to suit business needs. He/She will work closely with others who will assist in the daily HEAT administration and upkeep.

Responsibilities.

* HEAT Platform administration, configuration and development including:
* Business Rules, Workflows, UI, Client Scripts, Security, Web Services Integration
* Experience working with HEAT CMDB
* Issue resolution
* Application and SQL patching and maintenance
* IT Service Management and ITIL principles and practices
* Systems integrations, such as web services, Rest API's, SOAP etc.
* Requirements elicitation
* Shell Scripting
* KPI, Report, Dashboard and Web Page development and implementation.
* Workflow and forms development
* SQL authoring and data modeling and maintenance
