Experience and Education

Bachelor's degree and two years of experience in quality performance or quality improvement analytics in either an ambulatory or hospital setting. Experience with enterprise data base systems such as SQL server. Previous experience in healthcare data analytics a plus.

Job Duties

Serve as the subject matter expert for quality program(s) and provide analytics that leverage these measures programmatically and meaningfully for quality assurance.

Follow data management standards to ensure analytics and reporting meet various quality initiatives needs while ensuring accuracy and quality of data.

Establish and maintain subject matter data dictionaries, metadata, data definitions and other supporting material that support the overall quality data build and governance.

Develop and maintain electronic data capture tools and analytics for error identification, testing and output generation that serve to assure the integrity of quality data.

Work with the DSRIP team, IR and Clinics to report on the DSRIP program status. This includes understanding the data warehouse and pulling data from the system that can pass audit and be utilized for reporting and performance improvement activities.
