Job Description
Leverages host protection software directed for use by USCYBERCOM to review events and logs to detect anomalies. Scans systems for vulnerabilities and indications of compromise. Responsible for providing reports to the appropriate compliance mandated by USCYBERCOM. Responsible for overall compliance, identification of anomalies and coordination with Signature Management personnel to develop custom host-based signatures to automate the detection of events of interest. Possesses strong server and system administration experience, HBSS experience and experience with HBSS within a DoD environment.CISA, CISSP, CASP, GCIH, or GCED, and CND Infrastructure Support certified, or in process of getting certified. At least 5 years progressive demonstrated experience in defensive cyber analysis.
Required Clearance: Position requires Secret security clearance at start of work.
