Amazon Seller Recruitment and Development Services offers services to selling partners globally to grow their online sales. This team, Global Selling Partner Customer Relationship Management (GSP CRM) supports Salesforce for all Selling Partners and is driving a program to launch Salesforce for retail globally. As part of 2019 goals, the team is targeting merging our seller and vendor implementations of Salesforce to one instance.

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Develop an in-depth understanding of Salesforce release management processes and new selection on-boarding across both retail and sellers.
* Work closely with the Salesforce Support team in India (4) to build procedures to QA all releases and drive automation of QA and testing frameworks for new releases.
* Work with our business analyst to continue and complete the transition support plan to the India team.
* Implement and manage the Agile process for release management (moving from current process) which includes feature prioritization and testing for our Base Services.
* Deliver moderately complex medium to large scale projects as assigned from initiation through delivery via collaboration with our architecture and development teams driving technical design.
* Gather requirements from appropriate business owners, write clear and detailed functional specifications, prioritize features and drives technical scoping and design as needed.
* Assess and define customer value or impact and criteria for measuring project success.
* Development of playbooks to launch new marketplaces, products and teams in the Astro and Retail instances.
* Support and drive the Anvil review process for new and existing technology components
* Drive continuous process improvement by collaborating with stakeholders on design of new solutions that enhance business performance and achieve established goals.
* Identify and evaluate potential risks in the areas of service delivery (service design, transition and operations) with minimal direction. Determine appropriate corrective action.
* In collaboration with our Architects, drive the security initiatives for the platform.
