Job Description

The Division of Information Technology seeks a conscientious, reliable graduate student to assist IT in various campus initiatives. This position is for Stevens graduate students that are currently enrolled. Must have a full-time status. Bachelor's degree required. This is a part-time, hourly position. The ideal candidate should be able to perform the following duties:

* assist various Teaching Assistants in various classing using the VLE • map network drives • install software • troubleshoot basic issues • escalate to User Support Staff when necessary • other duties as assigned

Skills:

* Strong ability to work with both Windows and Mac computers
* Professional demeanor
* Ability to communicate effectively
* Ability to self-organize / solve problems
* Solidworks and service desk experience a plus
