Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
* Perform data entry, processing and document management functions to drive company objectives around turnaround time, missing information, unable to authenticate, and quality. * Perform data entry, processing and document management that maintains a personal production level that meets or exceeds the established minimums in accordance with current directives. * Ensures high attention to detail, accuracy of grammar and spelling that meets or exceeds the established minimums in accordance with current directives. * Provide status updates and subject matter support to Customer Service and Account Managers through our customer tracking portal (Seibel) * Review and work daily, weekly, monthly reports to ensure service level objectives and decrease outliers
