Job Description

Meet client and candidate background screening expectations through timely, quality, and cost efficient fulfillment of key background screening components (verifications, criminal, database, and other record checks).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

* Perform data entry, processing and document management functions to drive company objectives around turnaround time, missing information, unable to authenticate, and quality.
* Perform data entry, processing and document management that maintains a personal production level that meets or exceeds the established minimums in accordance with current directives.
* Ensures high attention to detail, accuracy of grammar and spelling that meets or exceeds the established minimums in accordance with current directives.
* Provide status updates and subject matter support to Customer Service and Account Managers through our customer tracking portal (Seibel)
* Review and work daily, weekly, monthly reports to ensure service level objectives and decrease outliers
