The Global LMS Implementation Manager is responsible for managing the implementation of our Multi-Instance/Multi-Tenant LMS for regional internal clients. As the primary implementation manager, this individual will work with local regions to determine requirements, work with the Learning Technology team to implement changes, define regional testing requirements, and support final testing and rollout of new functionality.

Responsibilities

* Implement and maintain multiple Totara LMS instances
* Defines and executes on delivery and implementation plans
* Develops and maintains expertise on features/functionality of the LMS
* Tests and troubleshoots final system setups
* Provides training and admin-user support during and after the implementation process
* Follows methodology ensuring consistency from implementation to implementation
* Works closely with Implementation leaders to constantly evaluate and improve the implementation experience
* Work with regional leads to perform requirements gathering from the local businesses
* Implement new functionality and fixes
* Define and maintain test scripts
* Coordinate and lead UAT and functional testing across multiple instances
* Work with LMS Administrators to identify user issues and implement fixes
* Produce routine and ad hoc reports

Qualifications

* Experience with implementation and administration of a learning management system in a corporate setting
* Proven project management experience with success in managing deadlines, customers, and schedules
* Experience with Totara or Moodle a plus
* Experience with developing and implementing test plans
* Familiarity with JIRA, or other support ticketing systems
* Desire to learn new technologies
* Highly technology literate; quickly learns new applications and tools
* Strong follow-through capabilities
* Extremely detailed and organized, ability to re-prioritize tasks as needed
* Ability to work independently and within a team
* Excellent interpersonal and team skills, extremely collaborative
* Self-starter with excellent communication and influencing skills
* Ability to multi-task while maintaining vigilant attention to details
* Ability to be flexible, resilient, and adaptable to changing priorities
* Ability to work with multiple groups including internal and external teams and manage expectations
* Constantly looking to apply best practices
* Exceptionally detail-oriented and organized
* Proven ability to manage many simultaneous projects to meet business goals and objectives
* Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to deliver clear, concise information and direction to partners and internal teams

Education and Training

* 2-5 years of experience of implementing learning technology in a corporate setting
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, training and development, or related field
