If HR's Global Support team is looking for a new person to grasp the excellent opportunity to become a Global HR Support Specialist. We are looking for a person with following mindset and skills:

* preferably 1-3 years of experience working with/using Workday
* Good analytical skills - seeing the big picture and able to structure large amount of information

The current focus for Global HR Support team is to support If's HR in the ongoing change journey mainly by developing global reporting routines and securing the data quality in the system. In addition, the team is responsible for more operational tasks like conducting audit of expenses for all countries, coordination of bonus payout and service center -type online/phone support tasks.

You will be an integral part in shaping the tasks, the team and processes going forward. We are looking for highly analytical person who can take a global view in discussions and design of new processes. You are also expected to actively participate in project work across different teams in HR, with possibility to grow into future project manager challenges.

You will work closely together with other key stakeholders like Workday maintenance, local HR Support and HR Business Partners in your daily work.

For this position, the working language is English within a Finnish speaking team. It is also considered as a benefit to have good Swedish language skills - both written and oral.

The position is permanent and hoping for a start date as soon as possible. The workplace can be Turku or Espoo, Finland. You will be reporting to Mika Viipuri, Head of HR Global Operations.
