reporting to the Global Head of CRM and Digital for Motorola Mobility.

Motorola is in the midst of an exciting digital transformation period and
looks to become an emerging leader in the Digital/ CRM era. The Global Digital
Project Manager will support Digital/CRM strategic initiatives from inception
through deployment over a worldwide scale.

Job Description
* Provide the structure, oversight, and support the overall vision for
assigned projects (e.g. New Product Launches, Web Development, Digital
transformation strategy, CRM, etc.)
* Collaborate with team members and leadership of multiple worldwide business
units and outside 3rd parties to clearly identify, explain, and communicate
their project involvement, project goals, expectations, tasks and timelines
* Accountable for project schedule, task assignments, and managing schedule
progress throughout each stage of the project to detailed tasks, including
risks and dependencies
* Establish methods and metrics for tracking performance and making decisions
within the Global CRM and Digital Team
* Portfolio management at an enterprise level is preferred
* Define and optimize PMO processes
* Facilitate project kick-off meetings and partner with business stakeholders
to obtain necessary approvals for requirements
* Develop and manage project schedules and budgets
* Manage project tools and repositories (e.g. Confluence, Jira, Microsoft
Project, etc.)
* Monitor progress against the plans, identify delays or bottlenecks, and make
necessary adjustments to keep project on schedule
* Partner with the IT teams to determine level of testing and environments
required for the project (e.g. End-to-End, Integration Testing, Load Testing,
etc.) facilitate testing efforts when necessary.
* Ensure all critical resources are available and escalation steps are
documented
* Facilitate the cutover and direct participates to execute their respective
activities
* Facilitate project status meetings and distribute project status reports

Position Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or similar
* At least 5 years' experience managing relevant projects in a consulting or
large corporation
* Previous experience utilizing Agile methodologies and principles
* Proven knowledge of one or more of the following: SDLC, web technologies,
web development processes and the delivery of solutions with creative and IT
development components, digital strategy projects
* Proficiency with tools in Agile development (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
* Exhibit meticulous attention to detail, and have the ability to make good,
timely decisions.
* Excellent communication skills across all levels of internal and external
stakeholders
* Competent understanding of project management methodology including the
ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, develop detailed work
plans and specifications, perform resource allocations and run team meetings

Preferred Qualifications:
* PMP Certification
* MBA
* Previous experience working in a global environment
* Budget Management experience
