Responsibilities:
* Partner with the BU, Strategy, Supply Chain (GSC) and Geo's organizations to
drive all Cost BMS initiatives of cost reduction and process optimization;
* Redesign our global product cost process, revamping and developing a
transformation plan - cost optimization and process efficiency
* Develop and Implement Cost Tape System Tool in partnership with IT and all
key functions
* Redesign our Cost Tape Process to reduce complexity and workload from the
teams and improve accuracy
* Work in partnership with Strategy team in any marketing analysis or
competitor benchmarking to drive initiatives
* Prepare analysis and presentations to be shared with Geo GM's and Senior
Leadership Team.

Position Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance or Equivalent
* Languages: Proficient level of English essential
* 5+ years of Professional experience in a Finance role with exposure to
Project Management / Bid Management or Product Line Engineering
* Proven Project management and presentations skills

Preferred Qualifications:
* MBA is preferred
* Tangible experience of delivering in multi-disciplinary teams in a matrix
organization is considered
* Strong influencing, commitment and communication skills
* Mandarin
