JOB TITLE: GFP Data Analyst- F35 JPO

PROJECT OVERVIEW:

Project provides support to the F-35 Lightning II Joint Strike Fighter Joint Program Office (JPO) located in Crystal City (Arlington), VA. The JPO manages the development, test, production, fielding and sustainment of the F-35 Lightning II Joint Strike Fighter for the USAF, USMC, USN, and International Partner and FMS customer nations worldwide.

JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supports the Partner Country International Armaments Cooperation Program Management. The Country Manager is part of a team responsible for all F-35 issues as they relate to the assigned partner nation. Provides program analysis support for all aspects of the program. Collect, complete, organize and interpret technical data and financial information relating to aircraft acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies policies and procedures for financial planning.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Security Clearance: Secret

Support the DPAS Implementation Team in all aspects of implementing data requirements and migration. Provides business process, system, and data governance support for team coordination and integration across stakeholders to ensure efficient processes and consistent data flows to applications. Works with multiple F-35

JPO users and external stakeholders, gathering data requirements and definitions, reviewing and supporting acquisition documentation, maintaining schedules, and communicating across the team and the JPO.

* Data Governance / Architecture
* Establish best practices, policies and procedures related to data environment development process and procedures; data extraction, report customization and monitor and limit database access as needed.
* Interact and develop an effective partnership with other JPO members, service stakeholders and other layers within the F-35 continuum to recommend, design, test, and implement data related systems and process improvements.
* Accountable for functional area, contacts within the business, and associated teams, and delivery of team project results regardless of the business environment. Pursues cross-functional experts to ensure integrated solutions.
* Look for opportunities to integrate Data Management standards into existing IT/PM processes that will improve the delivery of data products and services.


* Data Management Team Support
* Supports the GFP Enterprise Lead and rest of the DPAS Implementation Team in efforts to implement data modelling, catalogue data, and ensure data quality.
* Tracks and maintains project and program metrics and policies to ensure data integrity and compliance from JPO data sources and JPO applications, as they apply to the data solution.
* Tracks and reports on root-cause analysis on master data related system problems and recommends and/or executes action.
* Manages key tasks in the project methodology in support of data management organization. Tasks may include use case development, test scenarios, training documentation and user acceptance test management.
* Profile data to analyze source and target requirements
* Active Secret clearance
* BS or BA degree in Business, or Management. ALLOWABLE SUBSTITUTION: An AS or AA degree and an additional four (4) years of experience; or an additional eight (8) years of experience may be substituted for a BS or BA degree.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to communicate with people at all levels, strong interpersonal skills, and superior organizational skills.
* Excellent customer service and teamwork skills.
* Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Office including Project

DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience with Visual Studio Team Foundation Server (TFS), SSIS, Microsoft SQL Server, SQL Database, Microsoft Visio, DataFlux, or any Data Management Profiling tool, and Statistical Software.
