Position Summary:

Provide SAP support, improvements and maintenance. In addition provide support for new systems and processes.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. SAP Development, Improvement, and Support: 65%

* Utilize business process knowledge and SAP experience to successfully resolve and implement changes to the SAP Production environment
* Provide improvements, assistance, and participation with the technology; design, development, reporting, and implementation of new functionality in SAP
* Use testing methodologies, processes and tools for testing of functionality
* Provide system integration assistance and regression testing
* Work with all subsidiaries as necessary regarding SAP cross dock, order issues and/or concern

2. Processes and Compliance: 20%

* Work with Quality Group to ensure Customer Support remains ISO compliant regarding Procedural document requirements
* Methodically review work instructions and procedures in order to update and recommend solutions based on proper balance of company and organization perspectives
* Responsible for proper digital filing of the Work Instructions and the Procedural Documentation
* Monitor and maintain CDIT AH regulations

3. Training and Systems Support : 15%

* Employ good interpersonal relationships with diverse groups and individuals, ability to mentor users and provide formal and on the job training
* Assist and/or lead assigned projects when applicable
* Provide back up support for Keycopter, Siebel and the Business System Manager's duties when applicable

Qualified Experience / Skills / Training:

Education:

Required:

* Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience (i.e. Computer Science, Business, and Engineering etc.)

Experience:

Required:

* 2+ years in business analytics and/or statistics experience required
* 3+ years experience working in SAP
* 2+ years experience in Sales and/or Customer Service

Licensure/Certifications:

Preferred:

* Formal training in Six Sigma with a Green or Black Belt certification
* MM and PP certification
* Evidence of advanced SAP training
* PDCA Trained

Knowledge, Skills, Demonstrated Capabilities:

Required:

* Experienced in formal testing methodologies, processes and tools for testing of functionality. Should understand the value and goals of unit, integration, system and regression testing
* Must have demonstrated experience analyzing large data sets with the ability to draw strategic insights from analysis and effectively summarize and present findings

Communication Skills (Spoken, Written, Influencing, Proficiency in Other Languages):

* Requires ability to communicate effectively verbally and in written form

Technical Systems Proficiency:

Required:

* MS office skills required
* CRM required
* SAP required

Preferred:

* PowerPivot

Travel Required:

* 5% Domestic and International

Citizenship:

* Authorized to Work in the US

Nature of Contacts:

* Contacts are primarily with immediate supervisor and other personnel in the Customer Support department. Will have contact with other internal departments
* Moderate Communication on a regular Basis with internal and external parties

Physical Requirements:

* Onsite: 95%
* Vision: able to see and read computer screen and other electronic equipment with screens, able to read documents, reports and engineering drawings. [Daily]
* Hearing: able to hear to participate in conversations in person and via teleconference or phone and to hear sounds on production floor including safety warnings or alarms. [Daily]
* Speaking: able to speak in conversations and meetings, deliver information and participate in communications. [Daily]
* Equipment Operation (personal computer, telephone, copies, fax machine, and related office equipment and using electronic identification card to enter building floors and internal doors): able to operate most office and personal electronic equipment and some tools including production tools such as hydraulic lifts. [Daily]
* Carrying: able to carry documents, tools, drawings, electronic equipment up to 30lbs/14kgs. [Daily]
* Lifting: able to lift documents, tools, drawings, electronic equipment up to 30lbs/14kgs. [Daily]
* Pushing / Pulling: able to push and pull small office furniture and some equipment and tools. [Weekly]
* Sitting: able to sit for long periods of time in meetings, working on computer. [Daily]
* Squatting / Kneeling: able to squat or kneel to retrieve or replace items stored on low shelving.[Daily]
* Standing: able to stand for discussions in offices or on production floor. [Daily]
* Travel: able to travel independently and at short notice. [5%]
* Walking (include routine walking such as to a shared printer to retrieve documents): able to walk through office and production areas including uneven surfaces. [Daily]
