Snapchat is the camera used by millions of people every day to Snap with family, watch Stories from friends, see events from around the world, and explore expertly curated content from top publishers. In short, we are a passionate team working hard to build the best platform in the world for communication and storytelling.

We're looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join our Perception team at Snap Inc! Working from our New York City, NY office, you'll work on bringing our machine learning and computer vision products to life through powerful tools and engaging product experiences.

What you'll do:

* Ship innovative user facing features on iOS / Android that leverage advanced computer vision

* Develop effective web tools to support our machine learning platforms

* Build scalable, fault-tolerant backend systems to support our products

Minimum qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science or equivalent

* 2+ years of experience developing client-side and backend software

* Technical expertise in one or more of the following: Javascript, iOS Programming, Android Programming

* Experience working on consumer facing products

Preferred qualifications:

* Flexibility to work across the technical stack to support productization of advanced technology

* Interest in applications of machine learning and computer vision technology

* A passion for Snapchat and creativity!
