FSO Advisory - Digital Transformation Solutions - Manager (Multiple Positions), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, New York, NY.

Research emerging technologies to decide if installing them can increase the organization's efficiency and effectiveness. Help clients assess, design and implement highly effective Application Modernization solutions that achieve their specific digital transformation objectives. Leverage industry leading Agile processes, DevOps tools and practices, software architectures, cloud services, and container platforms to help clients create highly scalable, agile and resilient digital capabilities. Consult in order to determine the role of IT systems in an organization. Prepare an analysis of costs and benefits so that management can decide if IT systems and computing infrastructure upgrades are financially worthwhile. Devise ways to add new functionality to existing computer systems

Manage and motivate teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.

Full time employment, Monday - Friday, 40 - 45 hours per week, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field and 5 years of work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field and 4 years of work experience.

Employer will accept a 3 or 4 year bachelor's degree or combination of degrees.

Must have 3 years of experience at a financial services company or comparable experience working as a consultant at a professional services firm delivering advisory services on Solution Delivery Management.

Must have 4 years of experience in DevOps tools, methodologies and best practices (including Jenkins, Splunk, AWS, Chef, Sumo Logic, Azure, Apache, and/or MySQL).

Must have 3 years of experience agile software development methodology.

Must have 3 years of experience in Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD).

Must have 3 years of experience in Automated builds, tests and deployments.

Must have 3 years of experience in Release planning and scheduling.

Must have 3 years of experience in key IT management processes and industry frameworks (CMMI, COBIT, ITIL, Six Sigma, ISO 2700x, TOGAF, project management life cycles, systems development life cycles, PMBOK, Prince2, or data center operations).

Requires domestic and regional travel up to 80% to serve client needs.
