Position Summary:

Seeking a self-motivated and energetic Web Developer to join our team who is experienced in web technologies and able to execute business goals efficiently.

Responsibilities:

* Develop responsive page layouts with light javascript interactivity.
* Upload, schedule, and maintain content via various CMS platforms.
* Develop responsive html table-based email campaigns.
* Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud applications to slice/optimize/export/publish digital assets with 'pixel-perfect' attention to detail and exercising intuitive naming conventions.
* Incorporate ADA compliance, SEO, and site optimization best practices as needed.
* Proactively identify process inefficiencies and evolve accordingly.
* Support ongoing content updates and bug fixes as needed.

Skillset Requirements:

* Degree in Web Development or related field.
* 2 years' experience working as Web or Email Developer (ecommerce industry preferred).
* Experience with standard web technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery.
* Basic knowledge of Photoshop and/or Sketch for file export/optimization.
* Self-motivated to keep projects moving towards completion.
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
* Effective written and verbal communication techniques.

Additional Helpful Skills:

* Experience interacting with an enterprise level CMS platform.
* Experience using NodeJS, gulp/grunt, task-runners.
* Experience developing A/B tests.
* Experience using Google Tag Manager and/or Google Analytics.
