Responsible for developing, enhancing, modifying and/or maintaining applications in the Global Markets environment. Software developers design, code, test, debug and document programs as well as support activities for the corporate systems architecture. Employees work closely with business partners in defining requirements for system applications. Employees are expected to have in-depth capital markets product knowledge, and manage a high level of risk. Employees typically have in-depth knowledge of development tools and languages. Is clearly recognized as a content expert by peers. Individual contributor role. Typically requires 5-7 years of applicable experience. This job code is only to be used for associates supporting Global Markets.

Required:

* 10+ years of experience executing enterprise-level technology development efforts
* Experience working on ReactsJS, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, SASS, Selenium Integration Test Framework.
* Experience translating functional requirements to define appropriate design and architecture for the end solution, technical impact analysis, complying with operational and enterprise standards and requirements.
* Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies - including Agile software development
* Ability to navigate a highly matrixed organization effectively
* Detail-oriented, problem solving and good verbal & written communication skills
* Strong analytical skills with ability to think out of box solutions; Hands-on.
* Should sustain fast paced & agile environment and ability to work with moving targets
* Prior experience in Front office technology at Global Investment Banking is a plus

Desired:

* Should have automated applications using custom scripts.
* Knowledge of Risk Management or Fixed Income
