NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Fraud Detection & Investigation Analyst to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

Role Responsibilities:

* Assisting in detection and triaging suspicious web portals, mobile applications and other systems activities to determine if fraudulent activity has occurred or likely to occur.
* Vett system alerts indicating potential high-risk account activities and investigate referrals made by Customers, Agents, Contact Center and IT Service Desk employees.
* Complete the referrals assessment, Fraud Detection & Investigation Analyst required, review call history, web portal access history, web portals, mobile applications and Auth0 audit logs, and public database searches. As a member of the NLIT Security Team you will report into the Director of Information Security.
* Define data attribute requirements for audit logs aggregation for in scope systems
* Strong knowledge/understanding of data concepts and able to develop queries for pattern recognition
* Review and analyze large volumes of data to identify emerging transactions trends and uncover new fraud patterns
* Analyze and interpret systems logs, audit logs and access history to uncover fraud activities
* Assist in the testing and tuning existing fraud detection data models and dashboards
* Develop and deliver a suite of reporting that provides transparency into key measures of fraud risk performance
* Prepares and maintains appropriate documentation of analysis performed and communicates with internal stakeholders as appropriate
* Participates in Anti-Fraud Operations meetings to stay abreast of internal emerging issues and threats
* Act as the subject manner expert and liaison to all business stakeholders for IT Security fraud investigations.
* Provide support to Anti-Fraud Operations team, SIU investigators and compliance.

Basic Qualifications:

* 5+ years of fraud prevention
* Life & Annuity operations and administrative systems experience
* 5+ years running fraud incident response process including the use of data correlation and aggregation tool, investigation techniques and procedures.
* Experience defining fraud detection scenarios and build data analytics models accordingly

Preferences:

* 5+ years of relevant IT Security investigations experience
* Deep data analysis with experience building new data analytics capabilities and surveillance dashboards.
* Self-starter who demonstrated flexibility, curiosity and resourcefulness.
* Excellent judgement and assessment skills
* Attention to details
* Excellent communication skills
* Displays organization skills and ability to self-manage personal workload

Education:

* Bachelor's Degree in Cyber Security, Information Systems Administration, or related field
