This position will be responsible for serving as an escalation point for the Incident response and Data loss prevention teams and will be the point person for all forensic work. The Forensic/Incident Analyst is responsible for forensic data acquisition, data collection from various platforms, forensic analysis, media preservation, restoration and conversion services. This position must be able to work with a high degree of independence and effectively interact with associates from entry level tech to Executive Vice Presidents. This position will require working closely with the law group and outside counsel as necessary. The position will provide challenging and rewarding work!

Key Responsibilities (Top Tasks & Outcomes for Which This Position Will be Accountable)

* Properly acquire, preserve and process electronic data to industry standards.
* Perform forensic analysis on various devices
* Produce quality evidence-based reports as necessary
* Cyber incident triage and forensics evaluation for cyber threats
* Interface effectively in key relationships such as Security Operations, IT Operations, Enterprise Architecture and be able to partner with Legal and HR as necessary
* Evaluate risk based on questionnaires and draft reports
* Accountable for setting own work direction and completing work tasks
* This position will be an integral part of the DLP team and work with the Law group as need

Educational Qualifications & Previous Experience

* 1-3 years' experience in forensics and Incident response in a full-time role is required
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems
* CISSP and at least one other industry related certification such as GCFE or GCFA (non-expired) is required

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

* Incident management training and experience in a large scale environment
* In-depth knowledge of Windows operating systems, other OS's such as IoS and Linux a big plus
* Previous experience working with Encase and FTK
* Previous experience with Data Loss Prevention technologies and platforms
* Previous experience in Network monitoring platforms
* GIAC, CISSP or orther industry certifications are preferred
