We are seeking a talented individual for a Financial Systems Analyst who provides systems support for PeopleSoft Finance modules and module users. Assists and further supports the lead Financial Systems Administrator.

Essential Responsibilities:

* Subject matter expert (SME) in PeopleSoft Finance modules; including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing, eProcurement and others as needed.
* Provides functional finance systems support in multiple modules (GL, AP, AR, BI, EPRO, etc.) including security administration, high level setups and maintenance (Account, Department, Business Unit, Allaocations), and ongoing maintenance for local and remote users.
* Sets up and/or updates security permissions for all users
* Builds and/or modifies custom queries and reports in PeopleSoft 9.1, based on user needs. Assists month end close reporting.
* Modifies trees in PeopleSoft and reports in nVision, also utilizing two-tier capability.
* Assists with system integration process for newly acquired companies or newly developed business units, and implementation of new modules/functionality; including an upcoming migration from Costpoint to PeopleSoft, and implementation of Blackline reconciliations.
* Interacts with users to analyze, diagnose and troubleshoot system issues when reported or discovered; working closely with systems host to resolve
* Participates in Sarbanes Oxley reporting for system security, ensuring effective internal controls are in place.
* Supports Director in preparation and maintenance of SLA and performance metrics, as it relates to financial systems
* Provide day-to-day support for the PeopleSoft Financials user community
* Performs routine and requested maintenance activities in PeopleSoft Finance module.

* Performs other functions as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

* Understanding of Financial Reporting including Balance Sheet, Income Statement and Financial Formula's.
* Understanding of PeopleSoft processes, integration between modules, tables, queries, and nVision reporting
* Understanding of reporting Metrics and Cost Allocation processes.
* Understanding of SQL architecture preferred; not required.
* Strong proficiency working with MS Office; Excel, Access, and SharePoint
* Ability to handle changing priorities and continually heavy workloads.
* Ability to analyze information and use logic and process to address work-related issues and problems.
* Must be a fast learner to efficiently multi¬task and adhere to competing high priority assignments with heavy attention to detail.

Work Conditions and Physical Demands:

* Primarily sedentary work in a general office environment
* Ability to communicate and exchange information
* Ability to comprehend and interpret documents and data
* Requires occasional standing, walking, lifting, and moving objects (up to 10 lbs.)
* Requires manual dexterity to use computer, telephone and peripherals
* May be required to work extended hours for special business needs
* May be required to travel at least 10% of time based on business needs

Minimum Education:

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, and/or Information Systems / Computer Science required

Minimum Related Work Experience:

* 3 years functional analyst experience performing production support of PeopleSoft (preferably v9 or above) or other comparable system (such as Oracle or SAP)
* Prior working knowledge of nVision, preferred, or other comparable system (such as Hyperion or Cognos)
