We have an outstanding career opportunity for a successful Financial Systems Analyst to work in our corporate headquarters located in Tinton Falls, New Jersey. The candidate will act as an ERP administrator for maintaining our internal financial software (NetSuite). Applicants should be well-organized, resourceful, high energy people looking to work and grow within a high-growth software company.

How you will make an impact:

* Maintaining NetSuite cloud-based platform for accounts payable, user administration, order processing, etc.
* Training new staff on the system.
* Developing and creating reports.
* Act as the first line support for internal users
* Maintaining team accomplishments by communicating essential information, coordinating actions, obtaining expert input, reviewing open issues and action items and contributing information to team meetings and reports.
* Active in reducing costs and improving the process.
* Updating skill sets by researching new web technologies, participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks and participating in professional organizations.
* Accomplish organizational goals by accepting ownership for new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
