Job Description

Install, troubleshoot, and maintain products/equipment in the field including alarms, naval munitions, giant voice, cameras, intrusion detection, emergency operation centers, regional dispatch centers, gates, wide area alert, indoor voice, enterprise land mobile radio, dispatch activities, and support for regional and emergency operation centers as needed. Train employees, identify, analyze, and repair product failures, order and replace parts as needed. Determine and recommend which products or services best fit the customers' needs. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures. Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Provide critical preventive and corrective maintenance, information assurance, asset management, technical systems updates, service call resolution, and configuration management for C4I systems worldwide.

Required Skills

* Have and maintain an active Secret Security Clearance.
* Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
* Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience OR High School diploma and 8 years of experience in the field.
* Prior experience with access gates and associated hardware, software, systems and manufacturers, but not limited to the following:
* Sentry Interface
* CCTV
* License Plate Readers
* Lenel
* Card Readers
* Bollards
* Barriers
* Hydraulics
* Access Control Logic
* Delta
* Nasatka
* Autogate
* Work is generally performed on site where working conditions may vary
* Ability to travel as necessary
