Field Product Specialist

Job Purpose

The Product Specialist works with the Companys Field Operations Teams and Builder customers in managing the installation and service of all product offerings within an assigned geographic area. This role serves as a bridge between the Builder, WBS Field Operations and WBS Manufacturing.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

* This position is responsible for the following:
* Maintaining consistent and effective communication between the Builder, WBS Field Operations and WBS Manufacturing teams.
* Works to resolve problems associated with products and/or product installations.
* Meets with Builders and WBS Field Operations to identify, discuss and solve product installation issues that arise due to manufacturing errors or contractor damage.
* Maintain product quality and customer service standards.
* Contribute to strategic plans and reviews relative to product standards.
* Work with Field Operations to maintain product quality utilizing hands-on skills.
* Contribute to the development of process improvements.

Qualifications & Required Skills

Qualifications include:

* Education High School Minimum
* Experience Preferably a working knowledge of W.B.S.
* Specialized knowledge -
* Skills Excel Word - Outlook
* Other personal characteristics
* Professional certification
