Cloud Support Analyst will work for a DOD client to include developing, testing and maintaining an SAP ERP system and supporting applications. Face to face interaction with the client on a daily basis. Good communication, documentation and organizational skills. Eagerness to learn and the ability to multi task. Support the technical implementation of the software product delivery. Interface with team members and users, develop a thorough understanding of their requirements and then apply industry best practices and detailed knowledge of the software to design an optimal solution that supports the client's business process and meets or exceeds functional requirements. It is a client facing role. Build a trusting relationship with major project stakeholders and lead them to adoption of the best solution. Identify risks and issues, provide mitigation, and make the client aware of appropriate actions to take to help mitigate. Assist in leading the team in all phases of the project. Work closely with cyber to ensure the security of the system.
