The Data Center Global Services organization is looking for an individual with proven skills to help support our Facilities Operations Center. The Facility Operations Center is responsible for 24X7 monitoring of the data center's physical infrastructure. This team will ensure that the customer experience will be optimal and gratifying by way of consistency, reliability and attention to detail.
The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of data center Infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing assistance and support to the onsite team. The position will help ensure overall availability and reliability to meet or exceed defined service levels. * Will perform change management tasks * Assists in performing root cause analysis for operational issues * Provides first level troubleshooting for assigned tickets and alarms * Follows all policy & procedures * Ensures records are updated in a timely manner * Able to follow instruction & take direction * The ability to support a 24X7 environment (This is rotating shift work which requires that you work weekends, nights, holidays and overtime)
