Facilities Security Systems Specialist
The Facilities Security Systems Specialist is responsible for supporting Robert Half's physical security systems globally, including access control, intrusion detection, visitor management and video surveillance. Responsibilities include system monitoring, reporting and troubleshooting. The incumbent will partner with key stakeholders and vendors to answer inquiries, provide status reports and resolve issues
Security System Administration
Provides access control support for all U.S. corporate locations & 288+ branch locations in the U.S. and Canada. Assists with security system functionality and issues. Programs new access badges, adjusts door schedules for holidays & special events, provides administrative support & training for new branch locations regarding security equipment implementation, and creates templates in the software program. Updates and maintains the security software database.
Conducts diagnostic troubleshooting and determining root cause analysis of system issues. Exercises judgment with defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Coordinates service calls and manages the facilities security ticket queue; drives repairs to completion. Provides clear communication throughout the service call process to internal and external partners.
Reporting & Analytics
Utilizes a variety of databases to produce reports, analyzes report data, and creates & delivers presentations. Reports include compliance, occupancy attendance badge metrics, security vendor management trends and usage reports for SLA adherence and other metrics used to conduct quarterly and annual business reviews. Creates and maintains internal documentation such as dashboards and system reports to measure current system health in real time.
Supports projects such as security system implementation, add-ons and enhancements. Attends project meetings and coordinates security requirements, as needed. Supports preventative maintenance programs. Normally receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignments.
