Install, configure, Operate & Maintain (O&M) software applications. Integrate Government Off-The-Shelf and Commercial Off-The-Shelf products into the infrastructure and provide ongoing O&M support. Troubleshoot custom applications built with .NET, ColdFusion, PKI, SQL Server and Oracle, as well as SharePoint and Dynamics CRM. Provide Tier III support for production applications, including active engagement in activities related to outages, analyzing root cause and troubleshooting production issues. Gather and document customer requirements for applications, recommend best solutions, and lead the implementation. Lead installation and migration projects. Participate in developing, maintaining and testing disaster recovery plans. Install application specific patches and upgrades. Occasional after-hours maintenance and on-call support required.
Education
BS or BA degree in Computer Science, Engineering or an Information Technology.
Qualifications
* Six (6) years of experience, to include: Windows Server, IIS, and SharePoint administration • Four (4) years of troubleshooting and maintaining custom web applications• Three (3) years of experience, to include: SQL Server and/or Oracle database administration, Microsoft CRM Dynamics• Experience in mitigating DISA STIG requirements and PowerShell Scripting to automate maintenance tasks• Experience may be concurrent.
* One of the following certifications or equivalent:o Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA)o Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD)o Microsoft Certified Applications Developer (MCAD),o Microsoft Certified Database Administrator (MCDBA)o Sun Certified Professional (SCP)o Red Hat Certification program (RHCP)o CISCO Certified Network Professional (CCNP)o Oracle Certified Professional (OCP)• IAT Level II baseline certification in accordance with DoD 8570.01-M, Information Assurance Workforce Improvement Program, (or achieve within six months of TOA or hiring)Security Clearance: Secret clearance
