Responsible for developing, drafting, writing and editing reports, briefs, proposals, and other documents in support of a client's requirements. Interfaces with personnel to coordinate meetings, maintain logs, records and files, provides end-user support, and performs general administrative duties. Assists in budgetary, billing, and financial management. Responsible for preparing and/or maintaining systems, programming and operations documentation, procedures and methods, including user reference manuals. Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Participates as a member of and/or supports the specified program or project team. Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.

Education

* BA/BS degree in Business, Management, or related administrative discipline.• ALLOWABLE SUBSTITUTION: An AS or AA degree and an additional four (4) years of experience can be substituted for a BS or BA degree.

Qualifications

* Four (4) years' experience within large and complex enterprise/corporate environments.• Two (2) years of the last four (4) years must have been as a team leader. • Experience in cost/benefit analysis, quality control, requiring completion of critical path events and project tracking. • Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) based services.• ITIL Foundation Certified.

Security Clearance: Secret clearance.
