My name is Helen Rosander, and I have the pleasure to lead this group of 25 committed software engineers creating market leading software products. Our group has the responsibility for developing, releasing and maintaining three software products and one platform. What is common for our group is that you together with your colleagues, both locally and with offices world-wide, will be involved in every step of the way - from initial idea to final product. All our implementation is done in C#.Net in a Windows environment.

About the job

You will join the product team responsible for delivering our system configurator, as well as supporting customers and maintenance of already released versions. The product is used for configuring Atlas Copco Industrial Techniques tools and systems used by customers world-wide. There is also a tight collaboration with UX-designers since usability and look-and-feel is of great importance of this product, as well as quality and uptime.

What you need to succeed

You are an experienced software developer with object oriented skills and preferably C#.Net. You need to be comfortable with WPF and MVVM for GUI development. Furthermore you need to have the ability to drive your own work and are willing to take on bigger tasks that involve leading other developers technically within architecture and design.

You need to have the right mind-set and attitude towards problem solving and a strong customer focus. I also believe that you need to have a pragmatic approach to new challenges and be prepared for rapid task switching to occur, and being able to handle these situations in a professional way. Interaction is an important way of working for us, so you need to enjoy to interact and collaborate, locally and world-wide.

You will be a part of an international team so you need to be fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Education

You hold a technical university degree, Master of Science in Software Engineering or equivalent.

Location

Our office is located at the Atlas Copco HQ in Sickla, Stockholm County.
