Executive Support Technician

Capital One is seeking an Executive Support Technician to perform and coordinate support of all IT-related activities and initiatives for senior executives at our Mclean campus. Support to include applications, infrastructure, and technology-related activities. Provide guidance, assistance, coordination and follow-up on complex problems to ensure resolution. Train customers on new products, applications and platforms. Work with application developers and operations teams to support customer-specific production systems. Successful candidate must be someone who has a proven high performing track record, seeks out opportunities for process improvement, as well as implements new creative solutions.

Responsibilities:

* Provide world-class customer support for executives on the McLean Campus. Some light travel may be required between campus offices. (On-site parking available, all sites within a short walking distance)
* Possess the technical skills needed to support PC, Mac, AV and Mobile platforms
* Take initiative and complete multiple projects beyond the everyday support role function
* Provide guidance, assistance, coordination and follow-up on complex problems and insure resolution
* Possess the ability to learn and support new technology quickly

Basic Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or GED
* At least 2 years of experience in Project Management
* At least 2 years of experience in Requirement Management
* At least 2 years of experience with HP Desktop Hardware Configuration, MS Windows 7/10 and MS Office Applications (Office 365, G Suite).
* At least 2 years of experience with Mac Support, SCCM, Active Directory or Powershell
* At least 2 years of mobile device experience (iOS, Android, Mobile Device Management)
* At least 5 years of experience working in a Technical Support environment

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems or Computer Science or military experience
* 2+ years of proven written and oral communication with executive level personnel.
* Exceptional interpersonal and teamwork skills with the ability to communicate to Non-IT and IT associates
