Position Description:

The Program manager organizes, directs, and coordinates the planning of all support activities, and also establishes and alters (as needed) the vendor management structure to ensure direct and effective contract delivery.

This role will also involve highly technical delivery of cutting-edge solutions to our clients. A working knowledge and past history of performance with large-scale IT infrastructure and DevOps solutions is required.

This roll will require an ACTIVE TOP SECRET clearance in order to access the appropriate government client sites.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

The Program Manager is ultimately responsible for the quality and efficiency of the project, to include both technical issues and business processes. This Program Manager shall have the authority to make decisions for the organization in response to Government issues, concerns, questions, and comments, as well as be proactive in alerting the Government to potential contractual or programmatic issues including situations that may comprise the contractor's ability to provide services.

The Program Manager will manage the overall day-to-day operations, involving multiple projects and groups of personnel at multiple locations. They will manage the successful completion of all financial management, contract, subcontract, and procurement related activities.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

It is required that the Program Manager has the following qualifications:

* Possesses a current Project Management Professional Certification (Project Management (PMP) certification
* Demonstrated experience with the IT Service Delivery to an ITIL/ITSM framework similar in size, scope and complexity to a project exceeding $100M in annual budget
* A minimum of seven years of management experience with a program similar in dollar value, size, scope and complexity
* Demonstrated experience with Earned Value Management on projects of a similar large enterprise size
* Demonstrated experience managing and leading a geographically dispersed operations and engineering staff of varying skill level
* Possesses an ACTIVE Top Secret clearance

It is desired that the Program Manager also have the following qualifications:

* Demonstrated experience in implementing and monitoring service level agreements and performance metrics on a contract
* Demonstrated experience with the Federal procurement process, as well as familiarity with the administration of cost-type contracts
* Demonstrated experience with SDLC (Service Delivery Life Cycle) and SAFe Agile principles and methodologies.
* Experience modernizing the processes, procedures, and application support environment of a client's organization towards an Agile/DevOps approach.
