EUS Desktop Support Analyst FTE in Naperville, IL

* Perform troubleshooting of WAN/LAN and connectivity issues
* Create and maintain support documentation for the team based from fixes found during troubleshooting issues, as well as installation guides for software
* Log problems and resolutions using Incident Tracking Software and update work tickets in real-time with status and next steps toward closure and detailed resolution steps
* Troubleshooting of Windows 7 and Windows 10
* Troubleshooting of iOS devices
* Troubleshooting of MAC OS


* 1-2+ years recent experience in desktop support, including Windows 7/10, O365, iOS, and MAC.
* Experience with MS Outlook, MS O365, MS Enterprise Mobility Suite, MS Teams, Skype For Business, Citrix, supporting VMware environment, and Altiris
* Basic Microsoft Active Directory Knowledge
* Experience in an enterprise environment is preferred
* ITIL, CompTIA A+, Service Technician, or other certs are a plus
* Strong knowledge of OS, desktop and laptop hardware components and hardware configurations
* Strong knowledge of software troubleshooting
* Professional image and demeanor, since this role will service the C-suite of the corporate office
* Excellent time management skills are needed to multi-task work quickly and balance multiple tasks at once while maintaining service level agreements with business units
* Excellent communication skills
* Genius Bar experience is a plus
* Ability to work on-call once every 6-8 weeks
