Job Description

Responsible for support services to the Bank's Escrow sub account customers. This includes, Attorneys, Title Agencies, Municipalities, and other entities that utilize Escrow account type services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Establish administration rights on the Bank's Escrow sub account system for Clients.
* Assign processing parameters to customer processing profile for a successful execution of client transactions.

Customer Service:

* Primary customer telephone support which includes customer training for Web based Self Service Sub Account system.
* Processes customer transactions using Web Based Escrow Sub Account System.
* Assists Self Service Escrow account customer's in balancing their Escrow accounting systems.
* Performs on site (limited) Escrow customer "on site" training.
* Represents the Bank as an Interest on Lawyer Account (IOLA)/Interest on Lawyer and Trust Account (IOLTA) laison.
* Represents the Deposit Services Department on Product Committee's and Project teams related to Escrow Account processing.
* Develops and provides metrics reporting pertaining to Escrow Account processing.
* Perform application testing for new systems releases, fixes and enhancements. Conduct training on the web based Self Service Escrow Sub Account System.



Requirements

* An Associate's degree or comparable professional training.
* A minimum of 5-7 years experience bank operations (Processing, Deposit Services, Escrow Sub Account and Customer Service)
* Preference given to candidates with the ability to manage landlord/tenant escrow accounts, security deposit processing, wihdrawal request,s account maintenance and lease security reports.
* Superior PC ability.
* Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Signature applications.
* Superior written and vebal communication skills.
* Willingness to adapt to schedule changes.
