Seller Fulfilled Prime is a multi-functional team within Amazon Global Fulfillment Services (AGFS) with a charter of increasing Prime selection across various Amazon marketplaces.

The Seller Fulfilled Prime team is looking for an Escalation Specialist to join our team. This person will be responsible for being a Subject Matter Expert on Seller Fulfilled Prime, serving as the point of contact for high-visibility escalations, diving into Customer or Seller facing issues, and working with Product team to invent creative solutions that will positively impact both our customers and our sellers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Advocate relentlessly for customer and seller concerns
* Earn trust and support from the wider organization
* Dive deep data and communicate effectively to inform stakeholders of business-critical issues
* Drive short- and long-term projects for the Escalation team independently, leveraging team knowledge across several specialty areas
* Build consensus with key stakeholders (Engineers, Program Managers, Product Managers, PR and Content teams) to resolve issues
* Contribute to business improvement initiatives and Kaizen activities at the discretion of leadership
