Amazon is migrating to Workday! The Amazon Employee Services Technology Team (ES Tech) is seeking an experienced Workday Security Manager. The role will be in charge of system security and they will liaise with People Technology and business teams on design, approval workflow, test and implementation. Our preferred candidate will have deep knowledge and hands on Workday experience with a broad knowledge of human resources processes and best practices. This individual will need the ability to work autonomously and efficiently in order to ensure the smooth running of Workday projects and integrations.

Job responsibilities include:

* Manage the design, configuration, testing and implementation of Workday security
* Initiate security assignments to new users, security user changes and user removals
* Audit and maintain existing security structure
* Manage Workday Access Controls projects across modules - Segregation of Duties (SOD) and Sensitive Access, Access request management, and Emergency access management
* Develop and run reports as requested by HR leadership
* Problem solving and troubleshooting related to Security Configuration; ability to help People Technology resolve domain security, and reporting issues associated with the Workday application
* Maintain system authentication policies and strategies
* Partner with People Technology team on deployment of new functionality available in Workday
* Ensure data is maintained in accordance with system functionality and business requirements
