Job Description

Amazon's Employee Services Technology (ES Tech) team is building a HR Contact Management solution on Salesforce Service Cloud. We are onboarding new programs across globe onto this platform. ES Tech will enable employee self-sufficiency by providing simple, intuitive self-service tools across devices using communities, lightening, and other Salesforce next gen technologies. We will implement the overall self-service strategy and user experience for our employees and partners by integrating it with other Amazon cross systems and platforms like telephony, content management system (CMS), and analytics ensuring consistent global experience.

Amazon's ES Tech team is looking for a Technical Program Manager to align customer vision to technical solution, defining program/project strategies using Salesforce platform and technologies. The person will manage implementation of multiple projects making sure customer strategic goals, requirements are delivered with quality, ensuring a scalable, extensible, and maintainable solution with all cross system integrations.

The Technical Program Manager will interact with product management, FA/BA, cross partner teams, multiple stakeholders and leadership to deliver complex projects and programs. The person will anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, make trade-off decisions, and balance business needs versus technical constraints.

The person should have technical skills in Salesforce.com to provide solutions, technical design, build, and deliver it. This may include leading virtual technical teams to manage development, configuration, maintenance, administration, and integration with other systems. Successful candidates should have a strong technical background in Salesforce.com, be detail driven and have excellent problem solving abilities. You will have a deep understanding of product design and implementation details and will successfully represent the technical team to senior leadership and customers. Your technical expertise and operational excellence will influence the team's decisions and drive secure and robust solutions, which have great customer experience.
