Join Amazon's Employee Resource Center (ERC) team and help make a difference for all Amazonians! The ERC provides HR assistance to Amazon employees, in the form of accurate, consistent, and timely responses to inquiries from various contact channels - phone, web case and chat. The ERC primarily exists to connect employees with content and data not available through intuitive self-service, and to intake process defects and workflow these to relevant resolution teams. The ERC team is comprised of approximately 900 associates supporting Amazon employees in 49 countries and 14 languages. ERC associates are located in eight locations globally.
We are currently looking for a Portfolio and Change Leader for our Agent Platforms and Productivity (APP) team within the ERC. This role will have oversight of the APP team portfolio and work directly with the Employee Service technology team to ensure accountability and on-time delivery. This role will also lead the global ERC change management team, setting the strategy for change and ensuring adoption and success measures are met.
As the Portfolio and Change Leader you will:
* Be accountable for global change management and communication for all APP team owned initiatives. * Maintain APP team portfolio, roadmap, and status reporting for APP team goals, projects, and programs * Work directly with technology and business partners/product mangers to ensure alignment of ERC priorities and goals * Develop change management strategies and plans to support the deployment of systems including communications, training, and production support * Develop the strategy for change and adoption across the global ERC * Lead and coach a global team of change management specialists
