Our BI Run-The-Bank Markets & Client Onboarding team is responsible for supporting critical thinking processes and helps drive improvements through proper change policies. Responsibilities span across systems, software and operational technical knowledge.

The overall purpose of role is to execute client facing connection requests that help drive revenue on behalf of Liquid Markets as well Electronic Trading Distribution. In addition to external requests, Internal requests on behalf of Equities Electronic Trading clients require prompt and immediate service delivery to the business.

What will you be doing?

* Accountable for external phone operations on client onboard connectivity requests.
* Connectivity framework consists of change release and user accountability risk.
* All production releases should follow the mandated firm change policies and post release verification process.
* Individuals must follow global team policies designed to maximize client connectivity efficiency.
* All stakeholders are responsible for understanding firm risk and hold accountability to minimize and reputational impact to the firm when deploying client framework into production trading environments.
* Daily activities require physical desk presence and good communication skills to provide updates accordingly when approached by business stakeholders.
* Responsibilities include daily work log and active knowledge portal records building

What we're looking for:

* 3 years of experience in a FIX Connectivity role with strong expertise in FIX/ATDL language
* 2 years of experience of supporting complex enterprise trading/risk systems
* 2 years of experience and a provide track record of delivering continuous service improvement
* 2 years of Linux command line driven query and search qualification

Skills that will help you in the role:

* Bachelor degree in computer science desired
* Understanding of FIX Protocol and ATDL language required
* Clear understanding of electronic trading FIX client mandate prior to and beyond production trading
* Clear understand of Equities Algorithmic Trading associated with FIX OnBoarding experience preferred
* Articulate communicator and hands-on technical project experience
* Understand ITIL Change process and continual improvements processes
